A view that asynchronously creatings a `PKAddShareablePassConfiguration` based on metadatas and an action. This view is meant to be used in conjunction with `AddPassToWalletButton` when adding a shareable pass to Wallet. While the configuration is being generated a `.loading` result will be provided to the content allow a placeholder view to be shown.
