struct PresentationDescriptor

This type represents dynamic metadata that is used during playback or when outputting the metadata track for an immersive video file. Because `PresentationCommands` are structures that implement the ``Codable`` protocol, `PresentationDescriptors` can be instantiated with an array of commands decoded using the usual pattern: ```swift let decoder = JSONDecoder() let data = Data(bytes: framePresentationCommands.bytes, count: framePresentationCommands.count) let commands = try decoder.decode([PresentationCommand].self, from: data) let presentationDescriptor = PresentationDescriptor(commands: commands) ```
