HTTP Bearer token that authenticates the user of the application. The system sends this token to the Privacy Pass token issuer, which can verify it belongs to a valid user of the app and issue a Privacy Pass token. Actual PIR requests do not send this token, but instead use a Privacy Pass token, that does not identify the requester.
