struct ToolCalls

A tool-call lifecycle event, including per-call argument streaming, reasoning, metadata, usage, or retraction. Events for a specific tool call route through ``Action/toolCall(id:name:action:)``. Use ``Action/removeToolCall(id:)`` to drop a tool call the model retracted.
