dynamic
TypeScript
static get dynamic(): IntentModes_ForegroundMode
Swift declaration
static var dynamic: IntentModes.ForegroundMode { get }
An option to bring the app to the foreground if conditions permit it.
This option allows you to choose whether to transition an action from the background
to the foreground. If your app is running in the background, call the
``AppIntent/continueInForeground(_:alwaysConfirm:) `` or
``AppIntent/needsToContinueInForegroundError(_:alwaysConfirm:)`` method from your
intent’s ``AppIntent/perform()`` method to bring it to the foreground. If you don’t call one of these methods,
the app continues running the app intent's code in the background.

deferred
TypeScript
static get deferred(): IntentModes_ForegroundMode
Swift declaration
static var deferred: IntentModes.ForegroundMode { get }
An option to bring the app to the foreground while running the intent’s action or
shortly before the action completes.
This option ensures the transition of the app to the foreground. Call the
``AppIntent/continueInForeground(_:alwaysConfirm:) `` or
``AppIntent/needsToContinueInForegroundError(_:alwaysConfirm:)`` method from your
intent’s ``AppIntent/perform()`` method to transition to the foreground at the time
you choose. If you don’t call one of these methods, the system transitions the app
to the foreground at the end of your ``AppIntent/perform()`` method.

TypeScript
static get immediate(): IntentModes_ForegroundMode
Swift declaration

An option to bring the app to the foreground immediately after the system resolves the intent’s parameters.
